1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes (USA)
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Free shipping is available for orders over $99.00.

Note: Transit time begins AFTER the 1–3 day order processing period is completed. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timeline
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment. This processing period begins on the next business day after your order is placed.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Operating Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, customs processing, and other factors outside our direct control. Culture Shop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
Availability: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 business days (depending on destination country and customs processing)
Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted international shipping partners including DHL Express, Australia Post, Canada Post, and other local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Tracking Visibility: For some international destinations, tracking visibility may be limited after the package is transferred to a local delivery partner. We recommend checking with your carrier for real-time updates on your shipment.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes: Any import taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other destination-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the shipping cost. These charges vary significantly by country and destination. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service before placing an order to understand any potential fees.
4. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, your order may be shipped by one or more of the following carriers:

5. Shipment Origin & Fulfillment Locations
To improve fulfillment efficiency and delivery speed, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability, inventory levels, and shipping destination. Your order may ship from our Pittsburgh store location (1602½ East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203) or from authorized fulfillment partners.
You will be notified of the shipment origin in your shipping confirmation email. The shipment origin does not affect the delivery timeframe or shipping cost.
6. Order Tracking & Shipment Notifications
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name and contact information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package in real-time
Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Visit the carrier’s website or use our Order Tracking Page at https://cultureshop.com/order-tracking/ to monitor your shipment status.
Email Notifications: Most carriers will send you automatic email or SMS updates as your package moves through the delivery process. Please ensure your contact information is correct at checkout.
7. Delivery Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to:
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or operational issues
- Customs inspections or import procedures (international orders)
- High shipping volume during peak seasons
- Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible shipping information provided at checkout
- Public holidays or carrier holidays
- Address verification issues
Carrier delays are outside our direct control. Estimated delivery dates should NOT be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Culture Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
If Your Order Is Late: If your order has not arrived within 20–25 business days after shipment, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Your address must include:
- Full name (as it should appear on delivery)
- Street address (including apartment, unit, or suite number if applicable)

- Postal/ZIP code

Important Disclaimer: Culture Shop is not responsible for delays, lost items, or failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, illegible, or insufficient address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect address, the carrier may return the package to us, and you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If Your Order Is Lost: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@cultureshop.com or +1 (412) 481-8284 with your order number and tracking information. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Shipping Restrictions & Special Addresses
Single Shipping Address: Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you need to split an order across multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States, primarily through USPS. Please note that some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
APO/FPO Military Addresses: Delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO) may not be available for all products or carriers. If you have a military address, please contact us at support@cultureshop.com before placing your order to confirm availability and any special requirements.

10. International Taxes, Duties & VAT
International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other destination-related charges are NOT included in the shipping cost and are NOT the responsibility of Culture Shop.
Customer Responsibility: Any applicable import fees, duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient. You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery or when claiming the package from customs.
Local Regulations: These charges vary significantly by country, region, and product type. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office, postal service, or tax authority for more information before placing an order to understand any potential fees you may incur.
Customs Clearance: Culture Shop is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees. The carrier will work with customs authorities to clear your package, but this may result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
11. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective, please follow these steps immediately:
- Document the Damage: Take clear, detailed photos of the damaged packaging, outer box, and the item from multiple angles. Include photos showing any visible defects or damage.
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email support@cultureshop.com or call +1 (412) 481-8284 with your order number, tracking information, and photos of the damage. You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Preserve Original Packaging: Do not discard the original packaging, box, or shipping materials. Keep them intact for carrier inspection if needed.
- Resolution: We will work with you to arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund. For items damaged due to carrier negligence, we will file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Replacement items will be shipped at no cost to you.
Important: Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
