Section 2 – Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Important Note: Culture Shop specializes in custom-made and made-to-order apparel and handcrafted goods. Every product is carefully crafted and produced individually based on your specific requirements and design specifications.
2.1 Production Process
- No Ready-Made Inventory: We do not maintain ready-made inventory. Every item is created specifically for your order, ensuring uniqueness and personalization.
- Production Timeline: Custom orders typically require 3–5 business days for production after payment is confirmed. This timeline may vary based on order complexity, design intricacy, and order volume. We will provide an estimated production date in your order confirmation email.
- Production Begins After Payment: Production does not begin until your payment has been successfully authorized and verified. If payment verification is delayed, production will begin after verification is complete.
2.2 No Modifications or Cancellations After Production Begins
Critical: Once an order enters the production phase, modifications, cancellations, or changes are NOT permitted. Please ensure all details (design, size, color, shipping address) are correct before finalizing your order at checkout.
If you attempt to cancel or modify an order after production has begun, your request will be denied, and you will be responsible for payment in full. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests after production has commenced.
2.3 Customer Responsibility for Order Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of:
- Uploaded designs, artwork, or images
- Sizes selected
- Color choices
- Personalization details (names, dates, text)
- Shipping information (address, name, contact details)
- All other order specifications provided at checkout
We cannot be held liable for errors in these details. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting payment. If you notice an error after payment but before production begins, contact us immediately at support@cultureshop.com.
Section 3 – Product Accuracy & Variations
We strive to display our products’ colors, images, and specifications as accurately as possible on our website. However, please be aware of the following:
3.1 Screen Display Variations
Screen settings, monitor calibration, and display technology vary significantly between devices. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the actual product. Colors may appear different on your screen than they do in person. We recommend viewing product images on multiple devices or in different lighting conditions to get a better sense of the actual color.
3.2 Printing Process Variations
Slight variations in print placement, color saturation, and ink density are inherent to the sublimation printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects. These minor variations are normal and expected in custom printing and are not grounds for return or refund.
3.3 Fabric & Material Variations
Natural variations in fabric texture, weave, dye lots, and material characteristics may occur. These are normal characteristics of quality textiles and handcrafted goods. Vintage and antique items may show signs of age, patina, or wear that are part of their charm and history.
3.4 Acceptable Tolerances
We maintain strict quality control, but minor imperfections that do not affect the wearability, functionality, or intended use of the product are considered acceptable and are not grounds for return or refund. Examples include:
- Minor color variations within ±5% of the intended color
- Print placement variations within ±0.5 inches
- Minor fabric imperfections that do not affect wearability
- Natural variations in handcrafted items
Section 4 – Pricing & Payment Security
4.1 Pricing
- Price Display: Prices for our products are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
- Checkout Price: Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices that will be charged for your order.
- Price Guarantee: We guarantee the price shown at checkout. If a price error is discovered after checkout, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4.2 Order Acceptance & Modification
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order you place with us. This includes orders that:
- Appear to violate our policies
- Contain pricing errors
- Involve prohibited content or designs
- Exceed our production capacity
- Raise fraud or security concerns
In the event that we refuse, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.
4.3 Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full financial data on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and PCI DSS compliance.
Section 5 – Returns, Replacements & Refunds
As per our Custom-Made Policy, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size choice, color preference changes, or personal preference.
5.1 Free Replacements Are Provided ONLY For:
- Manufacturing Defects: Torn fabric, seam failure, broken zippers, structural defects, or other defects caused by our production team that render the item unwearable or unusable.
- Printing Errors: Printing errors, significant color mismatches (beyond acceptable tolerances), or design placement issues caused by our production team.
- Shipping Damage: Items damaged in transit that were properly packaged by us. You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Defective Materials: Items made with defective materials that were not apparent before production.
5.2 NOT Covered by Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection (customer error)
- Color preference changes
- Fit issues where the size matches the order
- General dissatisfaction with the product
- Change of mind
- Normal fabric or printing variations (within acceptable tolerances)
- Vintage or antique items showing signs of age or wear

Section 6 – User Content & Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content & Designs
When you submit designs, images, artwork, text, or other content to us for production, you guarantee and represent that:
- You own all rights to such content or have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder.
- The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets).
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- The content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.
- You have the right to grant us a license to use the content as described in this section.
By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and producing your custom product. We will not use your content for any other purpose, including marketing or promotional use, without your explicit written consent.
6.2 Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse to produce any item containing:
- Copyrighted material without proper licensing
- Trademarked logos or brands without authorization
- Offensive, defamatory, or hateful content
- Sexually explicit or obscene material
- Content that violates any applicable laws
- Content that infringes on third-party rights
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, including but not limited to branding, logos, website design, website code, product photography, curated designs, written content, and product descriptions, are the exclusive property of Culture Shop and Natiglow Media LLC. These materials are protected by US and International copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or use any of these materials without our express written permission. This includes:

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Shop and our parent company, Natiglow Media LLC, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from:

- Interruptions, delays, or errors in our website functionality
- Unauthorized access to your account or information
- Third-party actions or services
- Loss of data or information
- Inability to access our website

9.2 Binding Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial and class action lawsuit.
Arbitration Location: Arbitration will take place in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA (or by remote proceedings if agreed upon by both parties).
Arbitration Costs: Culture Shop will pay all AAA filing fees and arbitrator fees for any arbitration initiated in accordance with this section, provided your claim is not frivolous.
9.3 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, the following disputes are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court:
- Claims for injunctive relief to prevent intellectual property infringement
- Claims arising from or relating to fraud, piracy, or unauthorized access
- Small claims court disputes (if permitted by applicable law)
Section 10 – Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
